An integral part of the process involves evaluating the current skills within the team and formulating training, recruitment, and analytics strategies accordingly.
Data
An equally integral part of our approach is to explore data availability and quality and develop short-term and long-term data strategies, including ways to source data.
Design & Plan
The organisation culture, skills and data availability together with the objectives help us co-design the solution. Additionally, we create a detailed project plan to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of the solution.
Execute
We work closely with clients in an integrated team while offering on-the-job training.
Support
To ensure that our solutions can be updated independently and have a long-lasting impact, we provide ongoing support to clients, including refresher training sessions and ad-hoc assistance as needed.
